We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most courses. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before completing more than 30% of the course content. Upon successful completion of courses, you may receive certificates or credentials. These certificates are issued by NeuroLearn Institute and represent completion of our educational programs. They do not constitute professional licenses or accreditation unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for verifying whether our certificates meet your specific professional or educational requirements.

We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we determine they were obtained through fraud, cheating, or violation of our terms. Certificates remain our property, and we may verify their authenticity with third parties upon request.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

8.2 Educational Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content and effective learning tools, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, career advancement, or employment opportunities. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, prior knowledge, and external circumstances.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroLearn Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
